Did you know that this fiddlehead fern is considered a vegetable, and it contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 as well as iron and fiber! You should never eat them raw but, in fact, simply saute... a bit bitter but delicious! And OBVIOUSLY you need to eat them when they are curled and not open.😝
